Immaculata Anthony Ekpo

Assistant Lecturer

Immaculata Anthony Ekpo is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Estate Management at the same institution. She holds an M.Sc. in Estate Management (2023), graduating as the Overall Best M.Sc. Student in her department, and a B.Sc. in Estate Management from University of Uyo, where she emerged as the Best Graduating Female Student in the Faculty of Environmental Studies (2016/2017 Session). Her academic and research engagements focus on intellectual property valuation, investment portfolio and management, property management, and technological innovation in real estate practice. She combines academic excellence with professional industry experience, contributing to both scholarship and practice in estate surveying and valuation.
