Olutayo Isaac Ayorinde, Ph.D., MNIVS, RSV

Dr. Olutayo Isaac Ayorinde is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management at Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He earned his ND and HND in Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, while he also earned his B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University. His research focuses on Property Investment and Valuation, Land and Housing Development, with numerous publications in these regards. Dr. Ayorinde also focuses his research on Estate Surveyors and Valuers’ Compliance with Regulatory and Ethical Standards in Property Valuation Practice with the goal of enhancing and advancing valuation practice in Nigeria. As part of his academic and professional contributions, Dr. Ayorinde has developed a framework to enhance Estate Surveyors and Valuers’ compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in Property Valuation practice in Nigeria. As an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and a Registered Estate Surveyor, he serves in various capacities on the professional level both in the state and national, while also holding key academic roles.
